The enquiry form stores your name, email, phone number, contact preference and message in the website’s protected enquiry inbox. Jay and authorized site administrators can review it to respond to your request. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries and listing records on this site are stored in a dedicated Supabase project in Canada. Uploaded property media is stored privately and becomes viewable when attached to published content. The private agent workspace uses Supabase authentication. The previous review site has a separate inbox; older enquiries have not been copied here. Contact jay@jayblackford.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information.
Saved homes on this device.
Your saved-property shortlist and saved searches stay in your browser. Clearing it doesn’t delete an enquiry you have submitted.
Media and external services.
Property films and brand photos come from Jay’s marketing materials. Selected listing images are sourced from his brokerage. The Kelowna waterfront photograph is attributed to Tourism Kelowna and remains subject to final licensing review before public launch. Fonts are hosted on this website. Maps and external social links may contact their respective providers. Automatic social imports are not currently enabled.
Property information and tools.
Agent-managed listings can change. Imported listings require review before publication. Confirm prices, measurements and availability with Jay. Mortgage calculations are estimates using the displayed assumptions, not loan offers. Confirm school catchments directly with the school district.
Optional analytics.
Google Analytics is off on this private review. When enabled for a public launch, it only loads after you choose to allow it. We measure page visits, successful enquiry submissions, phone clicks and email clicks. A contact click is not a completed enquiry. We do not include your name, email, phone number, message, search terms or URL query parameters in these events. Advertising features are disabled.
You can decline analytics or withdraw your choice using Analytics choices in the footer. Your consent preference is saved on this device. Google Analytics uses cookies when allowed.
Private review status.
This website is a review preview and is excluded from search indexing. Before public launch, Jay and Stilhavn must approve final content, media permissions, enquiry handling and a retention policy that matches their business practices.
